Transition Fender Champ C 22005

Another great example of a transition model Fender Champ that surfs the line between tweed and tolex. The serial number is C 22005 which puts this at about mid-1964. The tube chart is blurry in this photo but it sort of looks like a NE or NF which is about as close as we’ll get for a date. Any one have a better guess? This amp recently sold for $697.
