Tweed Fender Champ 5F1 C-09095
It looks like it has its original power cord and the speaker has the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety sticker on it (that orange circle).
The chassis looks a little rough. Like the chrome is fairly pitted and the handle looks like it is freyed. The tweed looks to be in pretty good shape with no major tears. The capacitors have been professionally changed to “Atom” capacitors.
